LENT and EASTER 2026 at St Matthew’s

Lent Group at The Old Original Hotel on Tuesdays 7:30-9pm. We will look at couple of artworks and meditate and discuss them in connection with our faith. Why not come along!

Mothering Sunday - 15th March at 10am.

A historically-rooted Christian tradition honouring the ‘mother church.’ Dating back to the 16th century, people returned to their mother church, the main cathedral or parish where they were baptised.

Palm Sunday - 29th March at 10am.

Good Friday - 3rd April at 1pm.

Stations of the Cross.

Easter Sunday - 5th April at 10am.

FOREST CHURCH

Forest Church starts again on Saturday 21st March 3-4pm.

Meet outside the visitors centre in weather appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for some steep and potentially muddy walking!
